The ATBHK Fellowship offers educators across all teaching environments a unique opportunity to integrate Kentucky Black History into their curriculum. This fellowship allows participants to collaborate with the Association through involvement in events from July through June.
Fellows will:
- Access resources on teaching Black Kentucky history
- Participate in both in-person and virtual professional development sessions
- Collaborate with fellow educators from across the Commonwealth
- Create content and deliver presentations on Black history
- Bring their enhanced knowledge back to their schools, classrooms, and communities

Looking ahead: Applications for the 2025-2026 Fellowship program will open in March 2025.
